生物制药学教研室

生物制药学教研室成立于2003年,现有教师7人,其中教授3人、副教授3人,讲师1人。具有博士学位6人。教研室自成立以来,在学科建设、科学研究及人才培养等方面均取得长足发展。现面向药学及临床药学本科生开设《生物技术制药》及《药学分子生物学》两门课程,每门课程教学任务各54学时。本教研室教师作为主编及参编《实用RNAi技术》等相关著作4部,作为副主编或编委参与编写规划教材6本。培养硕士研究生97名,博士研究生35名。指导的研究生曾多次荣获省、校级优秀毕业论文。教研室自成立以来,已发表SCI收录论文50余篇,承担国家自然科学基金项目10余项,授权发明专利6项,此外,生物制药学教研室多次荣获哈医大药学院优秀教研室称号。随着“十三五”的开始,生物制药学教研室全体教师正以崭新面貌积极迎接新的挑战,不断完善及提升自我。

导师简介

谷瑞民教授:博/硕士生导师。主要学术兼职:中国生理学会肾脏专业委员会副主任委员。1991-1992年、1997-1998年分别在德国雷登根斯堡生理研究所大学、德国基尔大学生理研究所研修;1999年1月至2002年3月在美国纽约医学院药学系研究室工作,主要从事肾脏生理方面的研究工作,应用膜片钳及分子生物学技术进行肾小管髓袢升支粗段远曲小管离子通道调控机制的研究。作为项目主持人承担国家自然科学基金面上项目6项,国家教委博士点专项基金1项,研究成果发表在Kidney International、Hypertension、 J. Gen. Physiol 及 Am. J. 吕昌莲教授:硕士研究生导师,哈尔滨医科大学生物制药教研室(微生物与生化药学专业)工作。承担《药学分子生物学》和《生物技术制药》本科教学。留学美国密歇根大学,主要从事骨髓间充质干细胞及肿瘤细胞的侵袭迁移机制研究,首次揭示间充质干细胞在三维胶原中的侵袭机制。作为项目负责人承担国家自然基金、教育部留学归国基金、黑龙江省留学归国基金、教育厅海外学人等各类课题8项。作为第二参加人员完成国家自然基金和黑龙江省教育厅海外学人重点项目各1项。发表文章30余篇,被SCI收录第一作者文章单篇影响因子最高为10.432。 主编论著1部。作为主要完成人获得教育部二等奖、黑龙江省政府二等奖等各项科研成果奖励共7项。联系方式:lclian@aliyun.com。

李姗姗副教授:硕士导师。2005年分子生物学硕士毕业后于哈尔滨医科大学任助教,2008年-2011年哈尔滨医科大学药理学博士,研究方向为缺氧性肺动脉高压机制研究;2011年晋升为副教授,硕士导师;2012年-2014年赴美国佐治亚州立大学参加博士后研究工作,研究方向为心血管药理;2014年-2015年于美国波士顿大学参加博士后研究工作,研究方向为脂肪肝代谢及机制研究。承担和完成科研项目5项。包括: 国家自然科学青年基金研究项目1项;黑龙江省科研项目3项;哈医大校级科研项目1项。另外主要参与其它国家自然科学基金重大研究计划2项。作为主要完成人获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖(自然类)2项,黑龙江省高校自然科学一等奖1项,黑龙江省医药卫生科技进步一等奖1项。研究方向为肺高血压发病机制及早期诊断和治疗靶点的确定;心血管疾病(包括糖尿病、败血症、脂肪肝)血管的调节机制研究及疾病发病的分子机制研究。在国内外学术期刊共发表论文21篇,其中国外学术期刊发表SCI收录文章14篇,第一作者6篇。

王爽副教授,哈尔滨医科大学药理学博士,现任职于哈尔滨医科大学生物制药教研室,主要从事肺动脉高压及哮喘发病机制的研究。现承担《药学分子生物学》本科教学任务。参编卫计委规划教材配套教材一部。已发表SCI论文10篇;作为第二完成人荣获中国教育部二等奖、黑龙江省政府一等奖及黑龙江省卫生厅一等奖各1项;承担国家级、省部级及厅局级课题共6项,包括国家自然科学基金-青年基金等。
